“Socrates said, “Know thyself.” I say, “Know thy users.” And guess what? They don’t think like you do.” – Joshua Brewer

A native mobile app designed and built in Figma (utilizing preexisting event branding). This concept will potentially be used and tested by attendees at the Global Gathering in Lisbon. It was created in order to solve the pain points expressed by participants from prior events, ie: struggling to find session locations, losing track of sessions signed up for, the desire for quick references on speaker backgrounds, the need to sign up for sessions on the go, etc.

Alerts needed some priority added to them so I added a color key for levels of urgency and streamlined the look/feel to match the branding of the site.

Spearheaded the mobile usability testing station concept for our interviews with users during events for SAI. Also wrote scripts for the interviews themselves and trained other teams on the process.

This new product launch was based on user feedback asking the question "Which certification is right for me?" The assessment was born from user pain points like this. Usability testing was also done in order to validate this proposed solution and success!
